Your data is yours. This page says how to see it, correct it, take it away and erase it — and what each of those actually does.
Seeing what we hold
Almost all of it is already on screen. The Account screen shows the name, the e-mail address and the picture Google handed us; your reviews and comments are public under your name; your points are shown with their history.
For the complete list, write to [[CONTACT_EMAIL]] from your account's e-mail address. We answer within 30 days.
Correcting
The name, the e-mail and the picture come from your Google account and are read again every time you sign in: correct them at Google, sign out, sign back in, and UnboxingTN follows. A review or a comment is edited and deleted where it was posted.
Taking your data with you
Write to [[CONTACT_EMAIL]] and we send you a machine-readable file — your posts, your points, your profile — within 30 days.
Deleting your account
Account screen → Delete my account, then one confirmation. That is all, and it is final: nothing to request, nothing to wait for.
Deletion erases, in a single operation:
- your sign-in identity and the link to your Google account;
- your profile, your name and your picture as we held them;
- your reviews, your comments and your reports;
- your points, your levels and your badges;
- every session, on every device.
What is not erased, because it is not about you: the catalogue's own pages, and crash reports — which carry no personal data and therefore cannot be tied back to you.
This cannot be undone. There is no bin and no cooling-off period: the account is gone the moment you confirm, and nothing can bring it back. An account created later with the same Google account is a new account, without your posts and without your points.
If you cannot reach that screen, write to [[CONTACT_EMAIL]] from the account's e-mail address.
Withdrawing your consent
Analytics stop the moment you refuse them, at the bottom of the Cookies page, in the site footer or on the Account screen. Refusing does not delete your account and takes no feature away.
Objecting, restricting
You may object to processing based on our legitimate interest — crash reports, remembering your settings — or ask for it to be restricted: write to [[CONTACT_EMAIL]] saying what troubles you.
Complaining
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the Instance nationale de protection des données personnelles (INPDP) in Tunisia, or to the data protection authority of your country of residence in the European Union.
